During my stay in a queen room non-smoking, I loved how close the great plains zoo and delbridge museum of natural history were at just about 2.5 km, providing a fantastic opportunity for a leisurely stroll and exploration of the animal exhibits while taking in the park-like atmosphere, and the nearby USS South Dakota at 2 km was also an impressive landmark to visit and learn about naval history. the staff made the experience even better with their welcoming demeanor and helpful tips for my city adventures, perfect for fellow weekend travelers! But the hotel could benefit from updating its rooms for a more comfortable stay overall.

The room I stayed in had some issues. The bed felt like a hammock, and there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom needed touch-ups too. I was really hoping for better comfort, but it just wasn’t there. At least it was clean enough, I guess. Water pressure was good though!

I recently stayed in the Queen Room Disability Access, and I was really impressed. The room was spacious and equipped with handy features like grab bars in the bathroom and wide doorways. The staff were super friendly and made my check-in smooth and easy.

No elevator for easier luggage transport!!! The landscaping needs maintenance with weeds in the parking lot!!! Rooms show signs of aging with outdated decor and worn furniture!!!

I had an unexpected sweet time lounging in the heated pool and enjoying the jacuzzi during my stay, which really helped me unwind. The place also had a nice selection of breakfast options that fueled my day perfectly. Just a heads up, some common areas could use a little more attention to cleanliness, but overall, it was a pleasant escape! 😊

We enjoyed staying at a cozy hotel in Sioux Falls while visiting the area for some family bonding. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the staff made everything simple. It was particularly convenient having a comfortable space for our newborn baby during our stay.

My kids wished the hotel had an elevator for easier access with strollers.
